2 years ago our Angel - the bull terrier gained her wings and i still struggle without her. She was my rock from day she was born on 13th May 2007, until day we said goodbye. Never knew another bully who loved and cared for her soft toys like they were her puppies, god help us when she would lose one, all hell would break loose, as she would cry. It's always difficult knowing the right time to make that awful decision we all have to make, but I just knew when Angel looked at me that day and it was in her eyes, that she was done and she was ready. Piece of me went with her that day, and we have opened our hearts to Xena who we rescued several months after Angel passed, and sure these 2 would have loved each other.
